Aidmer76-026A Aramid Fiber PTFE Packing
Material:
Aramid fiber braided packing is made of Du Pont's Kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion, no any lubricant. It was harder than Aidmer76-026, as the strength and module of Kevlar is as high as the steel-like strength.
Application Areas:
Style Aidmer76-026A can be used in rotary pump, valves, piston pumps, mixers, reactors, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food, sugar, chemical and petrochemical, power stations, steel mills and many area. Also ideal as anti-extrusion rings in combination with softer packing.
Application Media:
Style Aidmer76-026A is suitable for most chemicals, water, steam, oils, solvents, abrasive sand, slurry and other gritty media etc
Not suitable for:
highly concentrated acids, caustic solutions, alkali metals, oxygen
