Aidmer76-024S Graphited PTFE solid packing is an extruded packing made from pure PTFE powder, sulphurless graphite and a food approved lubricant.
Application areas:
Aidmer76-024S/Aidmer76-029S was used in pumps, mixers, sliders, valves. It has a very low coefficient of friction and does therefore not damage shafts or spindles. Abrasive or crystallizing particles get embedded in the body of this packing. Can be used with a wide variety of different media and also for static applications.
Application media:
Aidmer76-024S /Aidmer76-029S can be used with most substances, both liquid, gaseous, abrasive and crystalline slurries, salt etc.
Not suitable for:
Alkali metals, fluorine and fluorine compounds, high temperatures and pressure, oxygen.
